What You’ll Do:
- Be the trusted advisor. Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel clients in your region, from onboarding through ongoing optimization.
- Turn numbers into narratives. Analyze customer data, performance, and platform usage to uncover opportunities, present findings, and develop impactful solutions.
- Drive results. Work hands-on in property systems to implement strategic changes that enhance revenue and performance.
- Influence with insight. Collaborate with management companies to align strategies from the top down—bringing clarity and action to every touchpoint.
- Own the journey. Manage day-to-day client needs while staying focused on long-term success and engagement.

What You Bring:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Hospitality Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 1–4 years of professional experience in hotel operations (front office, revenue, or rooms)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office—especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, aggregation/analysis)
- Familiarity with hotel systems such as PMS, RMS, and CRS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience with Opera or other major Hotel PMS
- Exposure to CRM tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
